This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed with Chios Mastic Gum are processed, shipped, and delivered. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is received. Processing may take longer if we are awaiting delivery of fresh stock.

  • Orders placed after our daily cut-off time may be processed the next business day.

  • During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, promotions), processing times may be slightly extended.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another email when your order has been dispatched.


2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship internationally.

If your country is not available at checkout, shipping to your location may not be supported at this time.


3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched.

United Kingdom

  • Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Europe

  • Standard International Shipping: 5–10 business days

United States & International

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other external factors beyond our control.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery destination

  • Shipping method selected

  • Order weight and size

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

  • Chios Mastic Gum is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number (where available) via email.

You can use this number to monitor your delivery status through the carrier’s website.

If tracking information is unavailable, please contact our customer support team for assistance.


7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work with reliable shipping partners, delays or losses may occasionally occur.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe:

  1. Please check your tracking information.

  2. Contact the carrier directly if advised.

  3. If the issue remains unresolved, contact our support team.

We will investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our policies.


8. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses

  • Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability

  • Packages returned to sender due to address errors

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.


9. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the damaged packaging and products

  • Include your order number in your message

We will review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


10. Cancellations & Changes

Orders may only be cancelled or modified before they are dispatched.

If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once shipped, orders cannot be altered.
